"I was in an accident on Friday. We have called the office 3 times and the receptionist is totally unhelpful, stand-offish and basically doesn't let us talk to our actual agent. She told us to just file a claim with the persons that caused the accident. Awful customer service!"

"I am sorry to hear about your accident. We hope everyone is ok. According to our notes we let you know you have 2 options, file a claim with the Insurance Company of person at fault or file a claim thru your own policy. You informed us that you wanted to file with the other company as you thought they were at fault, so we advised you to contact them to start the claim. The other company will only take a claim from the people involved in the accident as they will need details. I apologize if that wasn't clear. Please contact me at the office at your convenience to work through any issues or questions related to options or the claims process. "

"The worst auto insurance ever. I paid in full 1 month later get another bill for 461.00 bringing grand total to 1200. I went back to Progressive it cost me 882.00 for same insurance Fleming did not give me a full refund I cancelled 3 days after insurance began on 5-10-2023 he charged me 73.10 AND IMMEDIATELY TOOK ANOTHER 171.09 for home insure WITHOUT TELLING ME. Fleming is a liar he tells you one thing and does another he wastes paper. If there was a -1 that is EXACTLY WHAT HE’d get for a rating. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻"

"Appreciate your feedback but when you cancelled your home insurance, you lost the multi-line discount. This caused the system to charge you the prorated amount of the discount until your policy period ended. This was communicated to you verbally by me and another agent in my office, and by email which you failed to recognize. Also, my office doesn't send refunds out, State Farm Corporate determines the refund amount due and mails them out based on the amount charged, the start date and cancellation date. Also, your policy started last November and not 3 days after the policy began. Lastly, State Farm Corporate did not take $171.09 as you described. They mailed you a bill for the loss of the multi-line discount. It's unfortunate that you couldn't take the time to sit down with anyone in my office to work though these issues and gain a better and accurate understanding of what had occurred. I still invite you to come in and review this situation."
